You may return new items within 20 days of delivery for a full refund. Simply choose your carrier and pay postage and once we receive your item, we'll issue a full refund within 20 days. We will only pay the cost of return shipping if it is a result of our error (if you received an incorrect or defective item). After 20 days from delivery, we unfortunately do not offer refunds.
Returned items must be unworn and unwashed. If the item appears to have been worn or if the tags have been removed, it will not be eligible for a refund. Your full refund will be issued within 20 days of your return being shipped to us. (Faster, depending on your location). This gives us the time needed to receive your item and process the refund.
We will replace your items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Hello@everyescapade.com.
